Ashok Mittal (CEO)
Mr. Ashok Mittal is Founder and CEO of the digital lending NBFC; Prest Loans.
He is a seasoned professional having a rich experience of more than 30 years in Capital and Commodities Market, Banking, Financial services and Foreign Exchange. Ashok has been a part of a Harvard Business School executive program called “Managing and Transforming Professional Service Firms”. Ashok is a gold medallist commerce graduate from M.D.S. University, Rajasthan and has done Masters in Banking Management (MBM) and CAIIB. He has worked in senior management position in reputed financial services companies. He has also had the experience of working with Union Bank of India and UCO Bank. He has been a regular in business media channels for more than a decade now, providing strategic inputs while also having a strong presence & networking with print and electronic business media. He has conducted more than 200 public seminars on various financial services segments and has been an eminent speaker in many National Seminars of various organisations like PHD Chamber of commerce, FICCI, Assocham, exchanges and ICFAI to name a few. Ashok has been awarded by eminent personalities like Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Amit Shah. He is passionate about setting up and expanding businesses from scratch. In November 2022, he published his book titled “The Fintech Entrepreneur's Guide” which provides insights into how to construct the technological platform and craft a vision document.
Mamta Mittal
A mother of two, Mamta has done her M. Sc. in Chemistry and B. Ed. from MDS University, Rajasthan. She has been advising mid corporate clients on various financial products and is an investor. She has an uncanny ability of resolving complex matters related to not only business but also social issues. She is the brain behind all out of box ideas be it products and services or people policies.
Manish Poddar
Manish is a Commerce Graduate and a Serial Entrepreneur. He has rich experience in Management and Marketing in rural and trade based economies with strong control of finances and commercial laws. He has successfully managed businesses of Auto Finance, Fleet Transportations, Car & Bike Dealerships, FMCG Distribution, and many more. He has an eye for finer details and digs deep into understanding the ground realities before pouncing on to them with his strategies. Manish is Law & God fearing personality with deep rooted ties for family and friends. Connoisseur of Good tastes, who also loves to cook for family and friends with music around his ears. He has travelled extensively across India and major world countries.

Rajiv Kishore Dubey
Mr Rajiv Kishore Dubey is an award winning, one of the most reputed banking professionals in the country. He was Executive Director of Central Bank of India before retiring as CMD of Canara Bank. He started his banking career with Punjab National Bank (PNB) as a Management Trainee and rose to the level of General Manager after working at different levels across India. His success story of turning around Canara bank has been well recognized by Ivey league Business School (HBR) in the form of a case study, being taught globally. Mr Dubey held key positions, viz-a-viz Chairman of domestic subsidiaries / Joint Ventures, Honorary Fellow of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) and Member of the Governing Council; Chairman – IBA Committee on Agro Business and MSME and the Member – CII National Council on Financial Sector Development. His role as a director of Delhi Financial Corporation (DFC) and Regional Rural Bank at Gaya, Bihar had been incredibly well recognized. He is an expert in the field of Corporate Credit, MSME, Retail Credit, Financial Inclusion, Priority Sector Credit, Marketing and advanced Banking Technology. His leadership style has also been captured and researched by Padmashri Prof. late Dr. Pritam Singh in his book – ‘The Leadership Odyssey – From Darkness to Light’. He is mentor, guide and advisor to many reputed organisations.
Deepak Arora
Deepak is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Law graduate and registered under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) as Insolvency Professional. He has vast experience of more than 20 years as a Practicing Company Secretary and Corporate Consultant. He has been the member of Managing Committee of Jaipur Chapter of ICSI and the Council Member of The Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the ICSI. He is dealing in Corporate Law matters, Company Law, Securities Law, Intellectual Property Laws and also providing management consultancy services. He deals in providing wide gamut of services in handling corporate legal matters and various Regulatory Authorities related to Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional Director (RD), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Stock Exchanges (SE), Reserve Bank of India (RBI) etc. He has also served and continues to serve as advisor to the Board of Directors/Management Council of number of listed/ Unlisted Companies in India & abroad. He has represented in various conventions, conferences and seminars organized by professionals & industrial bodies.
राजीव किशोर दूबे
श्री राजीव किशोर दूबे एक पुरस्कार विजेता हैं, जो देश के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित बैंकिंग पेशेवरों में से एक है। वह केनरा बैंक के सीएमडी के रूप में सेवानिवृत्त होने से पहले सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के कार्यकारी निदेशक थे। उन्होंने पंजाब नेशनल बैंक (पीएनबी) के साथ एक प्रबंधन प्रशिक्षु के रूप में अपने बैंकिंग करियर की शुरुआत की और पूरे भारत में विभिन्न स्तरों पर काम करने के बाद महाप्रबंधक के स्तर तक पहुंचे। कैनरा बैंक के चारों ओर घूमने की उनकी सफलता की कहानी को आईवी लीग बिजनेस स्कूल (एचबीआर) द्वारा केस स्टडी के रूप में अच्छी तरह से पहचाना गया है, जिसे विश्व स्तर पर पढ़ाया जा रहा है। श्री दुबे ने घरेलू सहायक / संयुक्त उद्यम, भारतीय बैंकिंग और वित्त संस्थान के मानद फेलो (IIBF) और गवर्निंग काउंसिल के सदस्य जैसे प्रमुख पदों पर कार्य किया; अध्यक्ष - कृषि व्यवसाय और MSME पर IBA समिति और सदस्य - वित्तीय क्षेत्र विकास पर CII राष्ट्रीय परिषद। बिहार के गया में दिल्ली वित्तीय निगम (डीएफसी) और क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक के निदेशक के रूप में उनकी भूमिका अविश्वसनीय रूप से अच्छी तरह से पहचानी गई थी। वह कॉर्पोरेट क्रेडिट, एमएसएमई, रिटेल क्रेडिट, वित्तीय समावेशन, प्राथमिकता क्षेत्र क्रेडिट, विपणन और उन्नत बैंकिंग प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में एक विशेषज्ञ है। उनकी नेतृत्व शैली को पद्मश्री प्रो। स्वर्गीय डॉ। प्रीतम सिंह ने अपनी पुस्तक - sey द लीडरशिप ओडिसी - फ्रॉम डार्कनेस टू लाइट ’में कैद और शोध किया है। वह कई प्रतिष्ठित संगठनों के संरक्षक, मार्गदर्शक और सलाहकार हैं।
Mukesh Jain
A Chartered Accountant by profession for more than 20years; Mukesh has done post-graduation in commerce and is also a law graduate. He has qualified DISA IFRS and FAFD from ICAI. He is Faculty at SBI Academy on the Subject of stock Audit, Companies Act 2013 Forensic Audit, AS and Indirect taxes like DVAT, Excise Duty, Service tax and also Special Invitee member of the Committee of Direct Taxes & Indirect Taxes and Committee of Public Finance & Govt. Accounting. He has vast experience in the field of Direct & Indirect Tax, All type of Bank Audit like concurrent, Revenue, KYC System Audit, Bank Branch Audit and Statuary Audit, Management Advisory Services, Risk Management, International, Taxation, Internal Audits, Preparation of Internal Audit Manual, Due Diligence related to Project Funding Services and Due Diligence related to IPO/Preferential issue etc.
AMIT GARG
Amit is the managing director of SR TEKBOX, software industry veteran with over 20 years of experience at various senior positions in industry in India and US. Prior to envisioning SR TEKBOX, Amit was a Principal and Vice President at TENSOFT at San Jose, USA where he was responsible for complete lifecycle of product management. He built its flagship supply chain Solution for Fabless Semiconductor Industry and played a key role in establishing it as a market leader in outsourced manufacturing and supply chain management. Amit started his career with Tata Consultancy Services in 1995 and gained experience developing enterprise solutions for a wide variety of Industries. Amit is a post graduate in Management from the prestigious – IIT (Mumbai) and also holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from MBM Engineering College – Jodhpur, India.
SANDEEP SINGAL
Sandeep is a Mechanical Engineer and Masters of Business Finance with industry experience of more than 20 years. He started his career with Bombay Stock Exchange where he was instrumental in capital market reforms like Moving from Account Period to Rolling Settlement, Physical to Demat form of Equity holding and Introduction of Futures & Options. He was head of Institutional Equity segment at Emkay Global, his last stint was as an Investment Banker at Edelweiss. He has been expressing his views on capital markets in print and electronic media as an expert for more than 15 years. Sandeep has taken a break from corporate life to travel round the world. He nurtures his hobbies, enjoys every moment and lives life to its fullest. He is an avid Golfer, has passion for travelling, a regular practitioner of Yoga, Vipasana and loves reading autobiographies. He is a people’s person at heart with creative soul.
